Why ?
Many of our customers have seen our ThirdEye dental cameras in action somewhere on a dental educational course, an international congress or in the office of one of their colleagues. They already know the functionality, the avantages and the quality of the images and video recordings. In addition to it the installation of our cameras is very easy and can be done by every dentist (or his son  ) himself. (see Installation-Manual). For this reason any further demonstration by a dental salesman in the office normally is not necessary. In the contrary, many dental salesmen are not used to control the dental light nor to deal fairly with the dental mirror. Thus, they often are not apt to demonstrate the camera in the right manner.
But the optimal adjustment of the camera and the dental light is crucial to get perfect results regarding video capture or image grabs.
Any customer, who takes part at an inadequate demonstration of the ThirdEye dental camera, however, is a lost customer for us. In addition to the lack of experience handling a dental mirror or a dental light most dental salesman are not trained in video technique. So, they cannot answer most of the dentist´s technical questions. That makes a potential customer insecure about his/her decision, whether to buy the ThirdEye dental camera or not .
For our customers, who want to test one of our cameras in their office, we offer the opportunity to rent the camera for two weeks or for one month. (see our price list)
Our Experience:
Two out of three of all our customers, who know the ThirdEye dental cameras from hearsay or at someones recommendation buy the camera without any further testing. Thus, most of our customers buy the camera directly from us, the inventor and manufacturer !
Please have in mind:
Any field sales force costs money - a lot of money ! All those costs have to be factored in the sales price.
Thus some products cost 10 times more than the production cost (and they have to cost that much to pay for all the services of the distributor and dealer). Because we save money by reducing our field sales force to a minimum, we can give a fair discount to all of our direct cistomers.
Still, if you do not want to refrain from the consulting and/or a presentation by one of our dental dealers or a dealer close to your city, no problem ! We will deliver the camera directly to your dealer, too. The price he´ll charge you is up to your dealer, then !
And we will not deliver any camera to you directly, if you already have made use of a consultation or presentation by one of our dental dealers. This promise we owe all our dealers !
The period of warranty always is 2 years.
